اجتماع المجلس الطلابي الثالث

تناقش المجلس عن الخطة المبدئية لحدث العنصرية, حيث تم تنظيم الحدث نظريا. بحيث يكون المدرج و الساحة المدرسية مواقع الحدث, وتم ايضا كتابة قوائم الزوار و الانشطة.

تطرق المجلس بعد ذلك الى يوم المعلم, وناقشوا الخطة وكيف سيتم تكريم المدرسات.

اجتماع المجلس الطلابي الرابع

بدأ المجلس بعرض الخطة لحدث العنصرية, من حيث التقسيم و الترتيب والاحداث و الانشطة.
تم الانتهاء من الفيديو الذي سيعرض على شاشة LCD يوم تدشينها, وايضا تم البدء بتصميم لوحة" يعجبني, لا يعجبني, اقترح". وايضا التجهيز يوم المعلم.

2nd Meeting for Racism Event

المحضر التاريخ : 8- 3- 2010

تم وبحمد الله تعالى عقد الاجماع برئاسة الطالبة سارة الدرهم وبحضور رئيسات الأقسام وعضوات المجلس ، في البدأ توقش موضوع ادارة الوقت وأهميته الكبيره في صنع القائد الناجح ، كما قدم للطالبات ورشة مبسطة لكيفية ادارة الوقت ، كما كلفت كل عضوة من عضوات المجلس بكتابة الأهداف المستهدفه من الحدث يوم العنصرية ، وبالتالي قامت العضوات باعصار ذهني لكل من الأنشطه والسابقات و الجهات الاعلامية التي ستتواجد بهذا اليوم ، حيث نبهة الطالبة ايمان الشمري رئيسة القسم الاعلامي بأهمية الجهات الاعلامية وتأثريها على نجاح الحدث واطلاقه والاستفادة من حجمه على قدرالمستطاع .
بحضور المرشدة الأكاديمية تم مراجعة الحدث وما توصلنا له من حيث الأهداف المراد تحقيقها ، مكان الحدث وقائمت المدعوين ، في نهاية الاجتماع قدمت كل من غنيمه بوفيصل ( نائبة الرئيسة) وايمان الشمري ( رئيسة القسم الاعلامي ) خطبة تشجيعية لطالبات الصفين العاشر والحادي عشر لتحفيزهم على بذل أكبر جهد ممكن لانجاح الحدث .

Second meeting was held by the president Sarah Al-Derham , followed by the vice president , the rest of presidents and the delegates of each class . The meeting started by discussing time management and the importance of it in making leaders, as well as a simple workshop to train the delegates on time managing .
On the other hand each of the delegates were assigned to write down objectives expected from the event "racism day", then the delegates brain stormed all the activates, contests and media to invite the day of the event, when the president of the media section Eman S. Al-Shmari pointed out the importance of media and its influence on the event's success as well as gaining advantage of the size of the event as much as possible.
In the presence of the academic consular objectives and preparations were reviewed plus the place of the event and the list of guests. At the end of the event the vice president Ghanema Bo-Faisal and the president of the media section Eman Al-Shmari both gave an Encouraging speech to the students of grade 10 and 11 to motivate them on giving out the greatest possible effort to ensure the success of the event.

First meeting for Racism Event
The meeting started with the President of the student council Sara A. Al-Derham by introducing herself, the vice-president Ghanima B. Abdu-Faissal, the leader of the Faz3a team Buthaina A. Al-Hammadi, the head of the school clubs Al-Dana Al-Nami and last but not least The leaders of the media team Eman S. Al-Shmari and Fatma M. Al-Kuwari.
Then Sara began to explain the difference between a leader and a follower and that innovation is what distinguishes them from each other.
Moreover, she talked about the attendance policy and the basic rules of the student council.
Sara also spoke about the handouts that were given earlier which contained detailed information about the whole March Plan and Calendar in addition to an Organizational Chart of all the members including leaders and herself.
Additionally, she got into the most important event which will take place on the 21st march on a Sunday which is an international day to try and eliminate racism by education and spreading awareness amongst people leading to an un-moderated discussion to share ideas on the kinds of activities which may take place on that event, for instance:
• Making a documentary film about the danger of Racism
• Having a debate about Racism in Qatar
• A speech about Islam’s point of view given by a guest
• Detailed information about the reasons of racism
• A huge board with the Youth’s voice to give them a chance to Express their feelings about this issue
• Impersonating historical characters with their own speeches for example Martin Luther King
• A workshop on how to make Peace Bracelets

Also, the president gave homework to each delegate and each group leader to make a list to be discussed in the next meeting, which contained the following
*For Delegates:
• Names of Schools to invite
• Names of Media to invite
• Activities and Contests
• Creative Ideas for the Event
*For Leaders:
• Media: List of Photographers, Writers and Designers
• Faz3a: List of members
• Clubs: List of clubs+leaders
The the floor was given to Eman S. Al-Shmari to speak about Contests the media shall be doing which are:
• Teachers: Best Research About Racism
• Students: Bring a character who had a great effect on them
• A Mini Talent show
• Open Mic Session
• Best Forgiveness letter

Finally, the focus was moved to discuss about “Teachers Day” which will take place on 18th March, Thursday.

الاجتماع الأول للمجلس الطلابي برئاسة سارة الدرهم

في البداية عرفت سارة بنفسها وعرفت بنائبتها غنيمة بو فيصل ورئيسة االفزعة بثينة الحمادي.

وضحت سارة العلاقة بين القائد والتابع, الا وهي الابتكار. فمن يبتكر هو القائد والذي يطبق هو التابع. وهذا هو دور المجلس الطلابي الابتكار ليصبحوا القادة والطالبات هن التابعات لتطبيقهن.

و قد شددت سارة على اهمية حضور الاجتماعات, بحيث من يتغيب عن اجتماعين سوف تحصل على انذار ومن تتغيب عن 3 اجتماعات و اكثر فسوب تشطب من المجلس الطلابي.

اوضحت سارة القوانين والتي يجب على عضوات المجلس التزام بها.

وليتواصل المجلس بشكل افضل طلبت سارة من العضوات بعمل ايميل خاص للمجلس الطلابي على هذا النحو:

قامت سارة بعمل مخطط بياني يوضح رئيسات اعضاء المجلس وذلك لتسهيل التواصل والوصول اليهن.
حصرت سارة جميع الاجتماعات والفعاليات التي ستقام في شهر مارس في جدول يوضح التواريخ و الوقت.
وقد قامت سارة بتوزيع اوراق تتضمن المخطط و الجدول الزمني.

تحدثت سارة عن يوم 21-3-2010 والذي يوافق اليوم العالمي للحد من العنصرية. ومن هنا عرفت بمعنى العنصرية ومدى طورتها على المجتمع, فلذلك قررت سارة بعمل حدث يبين مدى خطورة هذه الظاهرة. وقد اختارت مدرسة قطر الابتدائية مركزا للحدث وذلك بان الاطفال هم المستهدفون من هذا الحدث. و قد حرصت سارة بان يكون هناك دعوات لمدارس اخرى وايضا الحصول على تغطية اعلامية ممتازة, ولذلك كان يجب على اعضاء المجلس التفكير في كيفية ابراز هذا الحدث من خلال ابدائهن بالافكار و الانشطة التي تناسب هذه الظاهرة وتتوافق مع الفئة العمرية.
الافكار:
1. عمل فيلم وثائقي يوضح مدى خطورة هذه الظاهره.
2. عمل مناظرة بين المدارس بحيث تتناول موضع " العنصرية في قطر"
3. وجه نظر الاسلام عن العنصرية
4. اسباب العنصرية
5. ابداء الرأي عن ظاهرة العنصرية بالمشاركة في كلمة على لوحة بيضاء
6. تقمص احدى الشخصيات التي حاربت العنصرية
7. مطوية تبين وتشرح خطورة الظاهرة
8. عمل اساور من قبل الاطفال

اعطت سارة العضوات واجبا ملزمة عليهن احضاره في الاجتماع القادم:
1. قائمة باسماء المدارس الابتدائية للدعوة
2. قائمة باسماء جهات الاعلان لتغطية الحدث
3. انشطة
4. افكار قابلة للنقاش
الاعلام: قائمة باسماء المصورين والكاتبين و المصممين
الفزعة: قائمة باسماء الطالبات
الاندية: قائمة باسماء الاندية و القادة

ومن ثم تحدثت ايمان الشمري المسؤولة عن الاعلام بالمسابقات.
للمعلمات: عمل افضل بحث عن ظاهرة العنصرية
للطلبة: 1- احضار شخصية تؤثر في الاطفال
2- عرض مواهب الاطفال بما يخص الظاهرة*
3- الحديث المفتوح عن الظاهرة
4- افضل رسالة اعتذار
* سيتم ابلاغ المدارس بالمسابقات حتى يتسنى لها ان تختار من هم مؤهلين لخوض هذه المسابقات.

واخيرا طلبت سارة من الطالبات التقدم بافكار ليوم المعلم والذي سيقام الخميس 18-3-2010
