2nd Meeting for Racism Event

تم وبحمد الله تعالى عقد الاجماع برئاسة الطالبة سارة الدرهم وبحضور رئيسات الأقسام وعضوات المجلس ، في البدأ توقش موضوع ادارة الوقت وأهميته الكبيره في صنع القائد الناجح ، كما قدم للطالبات ورشة مبسطة لكيفية ادارة الوقت ، كما كلفت كل عضوة من عضوات المجلس بكتابة الأهداف المستهدفه من الحدث يوم العنصرية ، وبالتالي قامت العضوات باعصار ذهني لكل من الأنشطه والسابقات و الجهات الاعلامية التي ستتواجد بهذا اليوم ، حيث نبهة الطالبة ايمان الشمري رئيسة القسم الاعلامي بأهمية الجهات الاعلامية وتأثريها على نجاح الحدث واطلاقه والاستفادة من حجمه على قدرالمستطاع .
بحضور المرشدة الأكاديمية تم مراجعة الحدث وما توصلنا له من حيث الأهداف المراد تحقيقها ، مكان الحدث وقائمت المدعوين ، في نهاية الاجتماع قدمت كل من غنيمه بوفيصل ( نائبة الرئيسة) وايمان الشمري ( رئيسة القسم الاعلامي ) خطبة تشجيعية لطالبات الصفين العاشر والحادي عشر لتحفيزهم على بذل أكبر جهد ممكن لانجاح الحدث .



Second meeting was held by the president Sarah Al-Derham , followed by the vice president , the rest of presidents and the delegates of each class . The meeting started by discussing time management and the importance of it in making leaders, as well as a simple workshop to train the delegates on time managing .
On the other hand each of the delegates were assigned to write down objectives expected from the event "racism day", then the delegates brain stormed all the activates, contests and media to invite the day of the event, when the president of the media section Eman S. Al-Shmari pointed out the importance of media and its influence on the event's success as well as gaining advantage of the size of the event as much as possible.
In the presence of the academic consular objectives and preparations were reviewed plus the place of the event and the list of guests. At the end of the event the vice president Ghanema Bo-Faisal and the president of the media section Eman Al-Shmari both gave an Encouraging speech to the students of grade 10 and 11 to motivate them on giving out the greatest possible effort to ensure the success of the event.
